Alright, So im doing The whole30 challenge this month and am really excited. I’m sort of thinking of it as a one month cleanse. I’m not only taking the month to fuel my body with pure, whole, unprocessed foods, but I am also going to take more rest time and try new things, get a full night’s sleep and just take care of myself. I coach and compete in crossfit, so lowering my intensity for a month is going to be TOUGH, but I’m excited to do a little self experimentation and see how my body responds.
